REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may intimate us for a full/partial refund wtihin in first 7 days, thereafter, no refunds will be allowed whatsoever. Depending upon the total number of days leftover for the remaining part of the services, refund will be accessed. Kindly Note that that Digital Dissect holds a complete right over the refund process and decision made for the refunds/cancellation of the service will be final. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date, after that, no refund will be granted once 7th day from the purchase date has passed, considering purchase date will be counted as Day #1. All returned services must be intimated to the assinged manager with a clear description and reason for the refund.

RETURN PROCESS

To return a service, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number  and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

We do not offer any refunds on purchased services. However, in case of spacial request granted by the assigned manager, we may offer a refund for remaining days of services, only if the assigned manager has granted the refund, which is upto his/her decretion. Next, if request granted by the assigned manager and after receiving your return request, only if request placed within first 7 days from the purchase date and inspecting the present value of the remaining days of the offered service, we may process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email if your refund has been processed.

ONCE AGAIN, WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS ON ANY KIND OF PURCHASED SERVICES.
